Stellar at Sino Expo 2026: Meaningful Connections, Valuable Conversations & New Possibilities

For Stellar Global, being in Shanghai this September was about more than putting furniture on an exhibition floor. It was about meeting people who work across different markets, understanding what they are looking for and having conversations that go beyond a product catalogue.

At Sino Expo China, alongside Furniture China 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Stellar welcomed visitors at Hall E5, Booth C39. Over the course of the exhibition, the focus moved naturally between products, people, projects and the changing needs of the global workplace.

More Than a Showcase

A furniture exhibition can show what a company makes. But being there in person can reveal much more about what the market is looking for.

Furniture China brought together manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, designers and industry professionals from different parts of the furniture value chain. For Stellar, participating meant having direct conversations with professionals working across different commercial environments and international markets.

And that matters.

A product can be viewed through a catalogue or screen, but seeing it in person creates room for questions, comparisons and conversations that simply cannot happen in the same way online.

New Products. New Conversations.

One of the key highlights for Stellar at Sino Expo China 2026 was the launch of three new chairs: HT 428, HT 922 and HT 923.

Alongside the new chair launches, Stellar also showcased Desk Series 47 and Desk Series 46, bringing together seating and desk solutions that reflect the company’s approach to contemporary commercial workspaces.

But the products were only one part of the experience.

Having them on the exhibition floor gave visitors the opportunity to see the designs up close, understand the details and discuss how different products could fit into their own markets and project requirements.

For a global furniture manufacturer, that direct feedback is valuable. It helps turn a product presentation into a two-way conversation.

The Conversations Behind the Products

Some of the most useful discussions at an exhibition are not necessarily about a particular chair or desk. They are about what buyers need next.

What are distributors looking for in their portfolios? What are corporate projects prioritising? How are workplace requirements changing across different markets? Where do buyers see opportunities for better design, functionality and value?

These conversations help manufacturers look beyond individual products and understand the bigger picture.

At Sino Expo China, Stellar had the opportunity to exchange ideas with industry professionals while gaining a closer understanding of the requirements shaping different commercial markets.

Why Global Exposure Matters

For an international office furniture manufacturer, every market brings its own expectations.

A corporate campus, a coworking chain, an institutional project and a retail portfolio may all require different approaches to furniture, even when the underlying need is similar.

This is where international furniture China 2026  becomes particularly relevant. It creates a shared environment where manufacturers and buyers can understand different requirements, explore products and exchange perspectives across markets.

Furniture China 2026 brought together the furniture industry’s manufacturing, design and commercial communities in Shanghai, with office and commercial furniture forming part of its exhibition offering.

For Stellar, the value was not simply in being present at a large industry event. It was in being able to engage directly with the people and businesses shaping the next phase of commercial furniture.

From Products to Possibilities

An exhibition ends when the halls close. The conversations do not necessarily end there.

For Stellar, the discussions at Sino Expo China 2026 created opportunities to understand new requirements, explore potential business relationships and take fresh market perspectives back into future conversations.

That is perhaps one of the most valuable parts of participating in an international furniture event: the opportunity to listen as much as to present.

The products on display may start the conversation. What comes from that conversation is what can make it meaningful.

Looking Beyond Shanghai

Furniture China 2026 has now concluded, but the interactions created during the exhibition continue to form part of the conversations that follow.

For Stellar, the experience brought together new product launches, established product lines, industry professionals and perspectives from different markets, all within one space.

More importantly, it reinforced a simple idea: in B2B furniture, strong relationships are built by understanding requirements, discussing possibilities and finding the right way to move forward together.
