The largest furniture fair in Southeast Asia, ranked amongst the top 10 such fairs worldwide, the Malaysian International Furniture Fair (MIFF) began yesterday at Kuala Lumpur with a grand opening and a record-breaking number of 671 exhibitors from 11 countries. Post the Covid lockdowns, this is among the first such events for the furniture industry worldwide and has attracted a massive amount of interest from B2B and Corporate buyers interested in this space.

Several Chinese brands like Stellar also participated in Malaysia despite the fact that the 51st China International Furniture Fair (CIFF) Guangzhou 2023 will also be held in Guangzhou, China this month itself. The CIFF trade fair will take place in two phases, with the first phase for Home & Outdoor Furniture scheduled to occur from March 18 to March 21, 2023. The second phase for Office and Commercial Furniture will take place from March 28 to March 31, 2023. Just like MIFF, CIFF also offers a platform for furniture exporters and importers to source products and services although on a much larger scale. “Stellar will be there too and we look forward to meeting you there,” said Arihant.
